The hotel is cool, bit of a meatpacking district vibe. Right in next to tube and some fab restaurants. The staff, particularly at the front desk were fantastic!

Very clean, newly finished building. Great location - just next to 2 underground lines. Internet was super fast, staff helpfull. Very good for short business trips.

Rooms very small, but clean, modern and cosy. Ideal for single use. Nice location in Canary Wharf. Good value for money.

The room was excellent, which was most important to me. The bed was almost queen size, soft enough, and had good quality sheets and covers. Maid service kept the room very clean. Air conditioner was quiet and worked great. AC actually broke in the middle of the night one night, but night manager had me moved to another nearby room immediately. Hardly ever heard noise from neighboring rooms, my room was very quiet. The hotel is in a very good upscale neighborhood, so I always felt perfectly safe.

The boutique feel to it… I came across the hotel accidentally on a night where I was desperate to lay my head after all my travel options were cancelled … I was BLISSFULLY surprised. I loved the cafe, the cookies, the shower head, the radio in the room… The FOH were super accommodating after u told them I don’t have any care essentials as I wasn’t expecting to need somewhere to stay, they gave me a toothbrush, toothpaste and some cotton pads.

Loved the location, close to the tube, in the modern Canary Wharf area, that made me feel like I was in the Dubai Marina :) The room was small but normal under London standards, I guess. It was clean, very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, we had a huge smart tv, hairdryer and an steam iron which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, I liked the fact that they had vegan options.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel for myself and 8 other colleagues who were attending a conference at ExCel London. It was very conveniently located via the Elizabeth line and around nice food/shopping choices. I had a hard time finding the hotel but when I called, a wonderful member of their staff stayed on the phone with me until I found it and because it had started to rain she also ran outside to greet me with an umbrella. Every interaction with the staff was great. They also have a tie up with a local gym (none onsite) but the gym is definitely the nicest i have been to!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a work trip!
